•You must notify us by email within 30 days of receiving your order, describing the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number(RAN) number and full instructions for returning the order to us. No returns will be accepted without an RAN number. The customer will be responsible for all costs involved in returning the order to us including, but not limited to packaging, shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We strongly recommend that you track and insure your return. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged before we receive them, a refund will not be issued.
•Refunds will be applied to the credit card or PayPal checkout account originally used for purchasing the product(s).
•Please return all products 100% complete, including all original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
•Returned items must be received in a new / unused condition. Items returned will be inspected by a member of our staff for signs of usage, tampering, exchanged parts, scratches, dirt/debris, alterations or other signs of use. Item(s) returned which show signs of use or modifications in any way, will be shipped back to customer at customers expense.
•Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
•Pepper spray products are excluded and cannot be returned due to the fact of the inability to inspect for tampering.
Shipping Information:
We ship your order after it has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery means that, once your order is verified and processed, it will ship Overnight, or 2-Day Delivery, or whatever method you have selected. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, and most orders process and ship within 24-48 hours. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that we do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays. All items are shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air charges are computed on combined weights of all items ordered, and include insurance. You will be able to view actual shipping charges AFTER you fill in the "SHIP TO" address + shipping option and BEFORE you enter your credit card information. If you do not like the shipping charges, select another option, or just close the screen; no order will have been placed, because you did not enter your credit card information.
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Please be aware, UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. YOU MUST SUBMIT A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
After your package ships, we will notify you by the email address you sent with your order; the UPS Tracking Number will be included in our email to you. You will be able to track the shipment status online, through the UPS site.
